1. Create Launches Services in the United Arab Emirates!

    Create Development are very pleased to announce the successful launch of our services in the United Arab Emirates!

    Create Development Directors Ronnie Heath and John Parsons were invited to deliver its trilogy of innovative courses to British curriculum teachers in Dubai at the end of January. The United Arab Emirates’ Professional Development Group asked us to fly over following a recommendation from the Dubai Affiliated Secondary Schools’ Association (DASSA).

  2. Less is more with Slough Primary Young Ambassadors!

    Create Development were delighted to be asked to develop and deliver the Slough Primary Young Ambassador training last week to support the promotion of London 2012 across the borough.

    Organised and funded by Laura Brookstein, Network Manager for Slough School Sport Network, this event saw 50 year 4/5/6 child from 25 Junior and Primary schools from across the borough brought together to receive a full day of experiential learning on the Olympic and Paralympic Values, leadership skills and rounded off with collaborative learning and action planning for delivering a child driven legacy in Slough schools for 2012.

  3. Englefield Primary Young Ambassador Training

    Another brilliant example of Redefining What’s Possible with young leaders today at Englefield Primary school.

    Nominated by their peers for demonstrating one of the Olympic or Paralympic Values, these year 5 & 6 leaders then got a full day of Create Development training to support them to deliver a legacy for 2012!

  4. International Rugby Coaching: What’s stopping you develop players into the best players

    Create Development Managing Director Ronnie Heath has appeared in the May edition of  International Rugby Coaching magazine. In an article entitled “What’s stopping you develop players into the best players”, Ronnie outlines the Multi-Abilities philosphy that underpins the Create Development approach  and the article goes into detail about creating better players by developing the whole person.

    The Raising the Bar resource, which is based on Morley and Bailey’s 5 abilities model,  gives coaches and teachers practical activities and progressions to develop individuals in cognitive, creative, personal and social abilities, as well as the physical. This articles puts it into a Rugby context and explains that developing better people actually develops better rugby players too.
