Many Secondary aged pupils’ ability and enjoyment in PE and Sport is adversely affected as they have not developed the key Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS), while even those perceived as being the most able may have deficiencies or gaps in their FMS. It is therefore essential that these skills are developed in order to maximise the physical potential and confidence of all pupils in PE and Sport.

‘I would advise any teacher that if you can attend only one PE course this year then you make it this one. The links to Assessment for Learning and Every Child Matters are superb‘
