School Sport Co-ordinator Regional Conference

These 2 day (twilight and full day) conferences will equip PE and Sport professionals with the tools and skills required to meet the increasing challenges facing PE and School Sport in a changing landscape.

The conference will focus on the key themes of:

• Developing professional learning communities
• How to Engage feeder schools, parents and other agencies effectively
• Creative competition including, challenging and supporting all pupils
• Whole child development through PE

During the 2 days staff will have the opportunity to network, share good practice, listen to top keynote speakers and attend tailored workshops to develop new skills and approaches, supported by sector leading practitioners.

Locations, venues and dates:

Day 1 (Evening) 6.00pm – 10.00pm  Day 2 8.45am – 3.30pm

Conferences postponed to Summer term

After overwhelming feedback from Local Partners and schools we have decided to postpone the regional conferences.

The content and format were well received but the vast majority felt the timing was too soon and that a local County or City conference would be more successful.

We therefore invite partners to host a subject leaders conference. We can pay partners a management fee on similar basis as other events and have the capacity to tailor the course as well as involve their staff.

We will of course be driving on with Inclusion conferences already planned.

Price includes banquet dinner, all meals/refreshments, keynotes, workshops and conference materials.
